Shipping Information
All eligible orders are shipped Australia-wide using Australia Post.
We currently do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Rates
Seeds
- Free standard shipping Australia-wide
- Sent via Australia Post letter service (untracked unless otherwise stated)
Chilli Preserves (Condiments)
- Flat rate shipping across Australia
- Carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery
Plant Orders (Pickup Only)
All live plants, including bonsai, native plants, and chilli plants, are pickup only and are not shipped.
This ensures plants remain healthy and arrive in the best possible condition.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available by arrangement.
You will be contacted after purchase to organise a suitable time.
Please bring your order confirmation when collecting your order.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Processing times may be slightly longer during busy periods.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times via Australia Post:
- Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days
- Remote areas may take longer
Delays may occur during peak periods or due to circumstances outside our control.
Order Tracking
Tracking is provided for most parcels.
You will receive tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue, please contact Dragon Fire Plants and Dragon Fire Condiments, and we’ll work with you to resolve it.
Change of Mind
- Returns may be accepted on unopened chilli preserve products at our discretion
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Damaged or Faulty Items
- If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the item and packaging
- A replacement or refund will be provided where appropriate
Seeds
- Seeds are non-returnable and cannot be refunded for change of mind
Food Products (Chilli Preserves)
- Returns may be accepted for unopened products only
- Opened or used food items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons
Plants (Pickup Items)
- All plant sales are final once collected
- Please inspect your plants at the time of pickup

- Return shipping costs (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty
